At The Mystic Edit, each item is created with intention and care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order moves from our hands to yours.
Processing Time
All physical products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase via download.
Shipping Time & Rates
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

United States: 3–7 business days after processing

International: 7–21 business days after processing
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on fulfillment location. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Mystic Edit is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier. The Mystic Edit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
